Heritage Park is an extension of Gilbert’s Heritage District neighborhood. Developed by Creation RE and spearheaded by David Sellers, this mixed-use neighborhood features 288 apartment units along with 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space. The design centers on a public courtyard park and a pedestrian paseo. AV3 Design Co served as both the planner and design architect for the project. The architecture showcases an eclectic mix of styles, drawing inspiration from Gilbert’s railroad and agrarian history.
