Palma is a desert courtyard oasis inspired by a palm tree nursery, created through the adaptive reuse of a vacant office building parking lot. AV3 Design Studio served as the planner and architectural designer for this project in the Roosevelt Row neighborhood. Drawing inspiration from the palm tree-lined roads of historic Phoenix, Palma features a desert-oasis patio. The interior includes a unique projection art postcard piece that evolves throughout the day and across seasons, developed in collaboration with Art-Heavy.
