Gilbert’s Heritage Marketplace is a five-building mixed-use infill project designed in 2012. AV3 design studio was hired as the project’s planner and design architect. The design intent was to create a timeless, eclectic mix of main-street buildings inspired by traditional western downtowns. Restaurants, shops, and Offices all enjoy a revived downtown with a lively pedestrian main street. Winner of multiple design and planning awards, Heritage Marketplace is now a signature, vibrant block in downtown Gilbert, Arizona.
