AV3 Design Co. was hired by the Town of Maricopa to lead the planning and design guidelines for the Maricopa Station neighborhood. Located in the heart of downtown and at the site of the historic train station, we provided design guidelines for the district's redevelopment using a form-based code​ zoning overlay.

In collaboration with Howard Blackson, we created the form-based zoning text amendment, and the overlay was officially adopted in 2020.
