The Marketplace at Wa:k is an agrarian, cultural market village on the edge of the San Xavier District Co-op farm. Inspired by Southwestern building traditions—including rammed earth structures, fieldstone, wooden beams, and native desert vegetation—the marketplace serves as a festive social gathering space that celebrates the rich culture of the Tohono O’odham people for all to enjoy. The complex features a farm store, a potting shed, two restaurants, retail shops, an art gallery, and community spaces for entertainment and farmers' markets.
