Bonafide Beef is a local Arizona Wagyu beef supplier whose cattle are raised on a ranch outside of Benson, Arizona. AV3 Design Co. was hired to plan and design their corporate headquarters, located in two historic buildings in the Phoenix Warehouse District.

The project scope includes adaptive reuse of the warehouse into a space dedicated to corporate operations, a remodeled second historic multi-tenant retail building with a dedicated storefront for customer orders, and an added warehouse garage with a social loft space fronting the north alley. The overall design seamlessly blends the industrial character of the warehouse district with a modern western ranch aesthetic, building upon traditional western heritage with a contemporary edge that reflects the high quality of Bonafide Beef.
