The Grove is a mixed-use infill project in McCormick Ranch, developed by Creation RE. AV3 Design Co. was commissioned to lead the project as planner and design architect, transforming a previously vacant building into a vibrant 28,000-square-foot neighborhood center. This center now features three restaurants, various retail shops, and office spaces on the second floor. The architecture draws on Southwestern Spanish Revival style, incorporating shaded colonnades, inviting patios, and lush landscaping to create a comfortable, walkable environment for the community. Shaded sidewalks lined with an allee of oak trees connect the center to adjacent residential neighborhoods and green spaces.
