AV3 Design Co presented a neo-traditional neighborhood design proposal for the switchyard project in downtown Queen Creek. The design drew inspiration from pre-war historic buildings common in many of Arizona's historic downtowns. This mixed-use proposal includes multifamily housing, restaurants, and retail spaces, strategically located adjacent to the town library and town park.
